Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative and do not yet constitute a final offer for sale. They will be confirmed before any binding order.
Payment
No payment is currently offered on the website. Pre-reservations are free, non-binding and involve no debit; payment will only be activated after sales officially open.
Promotional codes
Creating a new customer account and signing in grants a 10% welcome discount, automatically applied to the first order while the offer is active. No welcome code is created or entered. Previous unused welcome entitlements are retained, as is prior usage history. The ten new privilege codes provide a total 50% discount (10% account + 40% privilege), one use per code, through 31 October 2026 inclusive, Paris time. Applying a code replaces the automatic cart discount: a privilege code gives exactly 50% off in total. Ambassador codes give 20% through 31 October 2026, then 10%. Sign-in and the account email as the billing email are required for these benefits.
Welcome codes, private codes and Ambassador vouchers cannot be combined with one another. They have no cash value. The billing email address must meet the conditions attached to the code being used.
Ambassadors programme
The programme becomes available after €300 in cumulative purchases. Under the initial settings, an eligible client is activated immediately after requesting access; the House may enable manual approval later. It may also activate invited influencers without a minimum purchase.
The sharing voucher gives the referred client 20% off through 31 October 2026 and 10% from 1 November. Every completed referral order adds 10% of the net merchandise amount after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, to the Ambassador’s reward balance. Self-referral is forbidden; a full refund reverses the associated credit, subject to the available balance.
Shipping and withdrawal
Standard shipping: €7 including tax below the free-shipping threshold. Free from €200 of products after discounts in the European Union, London and Switzerland; from €400 in other serviced destinations. Other UK cities use the €400 threshold. Available delivery methods and costs are shown before final order confirmation. The lead times shown on product pages and on the Shipping & returns page form part of the pre-contract information. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain applicable.

Free showroom handover
Free hand delivery in Paris, at the showroom or to colleagues, by appointment, with no minimum purchase. Select this option with an address in Paris or Boulogne-Billancourt; we agree the location and appointment by email. No postal shipment or tracking number is involved.
Reservation and order updates
You receive an email after pre-reservation and a confirmation after ordering. We email you when preparation begins: order changes are no longer available and cancellation or stopping shipment cannot be guaranteed. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains. After carrier handover, a dispatch email includes the tracking number and link when available. For personal handover, the appointment is arranged by email.
