Colette Chopin was born from a simple desire: to imagine an elegant, timeless women’s wardrobe designed to endure beyond the seasons.
THE ORIGIN
The name of the House first comes from a family story.
Colette is my mother’s first name. Trained in haute couture and with a career in the field, she passed on to me, from an early age, a love of clothing, beautiful finishes and work done well.
That heritage still guides the House’s first creations today.
THE INSPIRATION
Chopin evokes classical music: its elegance, delicacy and ability to transcend time.
The name also echoes a certain French imagination, where creativity, culture and timelessness meet.
OUR VISION
Deliberately concise collections. Feminine, easy-to-wear pieces. Particular attention to fabrics, cuts and details.
The aim is not to follow every trend, but to create clothes you will enjoy returning to season after season.
