After €300 in cumulative purchases, you can activate your Ambassador space from your customer account. Activation is immediate; the House may choose manual approval. Influencers invited by the House can be activated without a minimum purchase.
Your personal code gives each new client 20% off through 31 October 2026, then 10% from 1 November.
Each completed referral order adds 10% of the net merchandise amount, after discounts and excluding tax and shipping, to your personal reward balance.
Use your reward code on a future order. Full refunds are automatically reflected and self-referral is not allowed.

Creating a new customer account and signing in grants a 10% welcome discount, automatically applied to the first order while the offer is active. No welcome code is created or entered. Previous unused welcome entitlements are retained, as is prior usage history. The ten new privilege codes provide a total 50% discount (10% account + 40% privilege), one use per code, through 31 October 2026 inclusive, Paris time. Applying a code replaces the automatic cart discount: a privilege code gives exactly 50% off in total. Ambassador codes give 20% through 31 October 2026, then 10%. Sign-in and the account email as the billing email are required for these benefits.
